Application and abstract submission are open until February 17th 2025.

Notification of acceptance together with details about the payment process will be sent via e-mail by the end of March 2025.

The registration will be effective only after acceptance and payment of the registration fee.

Payment

The registration fee of 350CHF will cover conference participation and full board accomodation (3 days and 3 nights, from Sunday evening July 27th till Wednesday afternoon July 30th).

Accompanying persons will pay 110CHF p/p & night + 4.20CHF p/night city tax, in the twin room shared with the active participant.

The information for the payment will be sent via e-mail to the successful applicants.
